Our client was operating six successful locations but needed a new help desk manager immediately. Day to day operations were being impacted so it was critical that this position was filled as so soon as possible.
Our IT recruiter specialist met with the leadership team to develop a position profile. Objectives were identified and key qualities, skills and experience were discussed. We also talked about how a new person would integrate with existing staff.
From our tracking roster, we contacted eight candidates who appeared to be qualified and were interested. We conducted in depth, face to face interviews and culled the list to three. After a series of client interviews, a new help desk manager, who not only had the requisite skills but also had a background in the industry, was hired.
