At KBC Staffing employment agency, we thoroughly enjoy the challenge of working with so many different enterprises. One of our favorite projects involved a family owned chain of Italian restaurants with big expansion plans and absolutely no financial procedures in place.
Our client was operating six successful restaurants with no formal financial standards or management. Day to day operations were handled by bookkeepers and the 80-person payroll was outsourced. Expansion plans called for three new stores and lenders wanted to see evidence of financial controls.

After a series of client interviews, a new controller, who not only had the requisite skills but also had a background in the restaurant industry, was hired.
